This unit discussed effective ways to positively manage a classroom. I learned some great tips on maintaining the attention of the whole class, such as using students' names at the end of a question and being unpredictable when calling on students. Perhaps the most helpful lesson is to be flexible; positively adjusting to each unique situation.I learned the four different forms of present speech. There was present simple, continuous, perfect, and perfect continuous. Some examples in order are: I work, I am working, I have worked, I have been working. They were a bit confusing at first because I never thought about them much, but they seem like they will be very important when teaching.
