The understanding of this unit showed how the different tenses are being used in our everyday life. I learnt that these tenses sometimes pose as a challenge to individuals and it is very important to be able to use them in the correct way. Based on the unit and the explanations and examples, this has helped me to clear up a lot of misconceptions.This unit gives us all the knowledge and information needed to be able to teach pronunciation and phonology. We learn that pronunciation is a very neglected aspect of the english language and that therefore, more effort should be put in it to be taught. This unis reviews everything from intonation, to stress and the phonemic alphabet and symbols.
