The content of this unit(VOCABULARY,GRAMMAR AND FUNCTIONS), i must say is very enriching. In this unit i have learnt how grammar,vocabulary and functions lessons should be organised. Grammar and vocabulary lessons should often use the Straight arrow ESA teaching approach while functions lessons commonly use the Boomerang and Patchwork approaches.The teaching methodologies described in this unit serves as a blueprint for my lesson planning. The information about learning games and ESA stages gives me an overview of how I can implement certain activities to achieve a needed result of my teaching process. I am now more aware of how my teaching techniques help my students learn the language.
