This unit was a nice wrap-up of everything that I have learned in the course, almost like a pep-talk and reminder before being sent out to my classroom. The unit reviewed over the potential problems that a teacher may face and provided ways to deal with them. Mostly, this unit gave me a much better grasp on how I need to first approach my classes so that we can start of the academic year on a high note. While lesson planning is important, knowing how to build a rapport with your students and setting the tone for the classroom is even more important, in my opinion. This unit gave suggestions for how to do exactly that with success.
