In this unit, I learnt that there must be a balance between teaching and learning. A teacher should not be overambitious is preparing lecture material but instead, a teacher should engage students and allow them to interact with other learners whenever appropriate. These interactions will encourage students to be more motivated to apply the language in their daily conversations. A teacher should also not correct every single mistake that their students make. Doing so would only cause students to generate fear of making mistakes and in turn, they may not learn. After all, the best way to learn is from realizing our own make mistake.
