I have found that students usually think that speaking is the hardest part as they cannot hide behind a paper and are directly \"confronted\" by the teacher or another person. This is espcially true if they are afraid of making mistakes. There are however, many different ways to improve their confidence as well as their fluency. As stated in the lesson, writing is often left a little behind. In my case it is mostly due to a complete lack of time, which is unfortunate. All the skills are important to develop both fluency and accuracy although the stress would be put on some more than others depending on the end goal of the students.
