This unit covered different kinds of modals and the active and passive tenses. In American English grammar classes, we usually only learn about a handful of modals, usually shall, can, and may and all of their variants. This was the first time I was introduced to be able to, need to, have to, and have got to as modals so I'm grateful to be able to review those. The chart is very helpful to explain the differences. I love the way they explained relative clauses in this unit as essential and non-essential because that is how I remember them. I was thankful for the explanation on phrasal verbs because I did not recall hardly any of it.
