I found this unit to be quite complex and challenging, however after careful study I have learned that no quotation marks are used in reported speech. We use he or she to report speech. I have learned that there are in total five conditionals. I understand that sometimes 1st and 2nd conditionals are commonly misunderstood by students, and sometimes the 3rd and mixed conditionals as well. I have learned that conditional sentences can be made in half and laid out as practice for the students to put them together. This can be a helpful activity in the classroom. Finally, 'time expressions' should be taught very very slowly to students.
