The unit starts by giving examples of what qualities a good teacher should possess. Then there are presented various roles of a teacher. After that the learner is discussed by giving types of a good learner and further categorizing learners according to their age, motivation, experience, behaviour problems and etc. In the end we can find descriptions of language level categories, such as The Common European Framework. What I have learned from this unit are the various roles of a teacher during a class. Besides that I also found interesting the categorizing of learners as this is very crucial in creating a suitable syllabus for them.
