In this unit we learn the different forms of present tense. We learn to understand the affirmative, negative and the question form of each tense. We also get taught some teaching ideas about each tense, which is always useful. We deal with present simple tenses and how to form third person singular with regular verbs. We learn present continuous or present progressive tenses where you use the auxiliary verb (to be) and the present participle with -ing. We deal with the present perfect tense which relates the past to the present. Finally we learn about the present perfect continuous tense which relates past activities to present ones.
