The unit is about teaching receptive skills-reading and listening. It highlights the importance of this skills in the English language learning process. It shows how reading and listening can done more effectively and also the approaches teachers must follows if they wanted to ensure students understanding in the class. I personally have learning how to present listening and reading activities in the class for it to be more encouraging, engaging and interesting to student. I have also learnt how important to choose listening and reading materials to fit the level and interest of the class to ensure that students remain more confident.
