This section has taught me that in order for your students to produce their best work and to learn effectively - the environment in which they study in must be conducive to this. If students are allowed to feel relaxed and comfortable with themselves, their classmates and their teacher: they will be more comfortable to take risks and experiment with their English and to push themselves in their study. Good classroom management can take a physical form - whether it's where your students are seated or the physical gestures used to communicate with them or through the interactions that can focus their attention and develop their respect.
