This unit briefly went over important things to know about phonetics and phonology. It presented information about intonation and ideas of how to teach it. It went over a few rules for where stress lies on words and how to practice stressing the right parts of a sentence. It then went into the area of phonetics and how to pronounce words. It introduced the phonetic alphabet, which is very useful to have and understand. It also described the ways in which the different sounds are made with our body and how that can be taught and understood. This lesson was incredibly helpful and I will be definitely be going back over it in the future.
