In this unit I learned about teaching new vocabulary and introducing grammatical structures. In teaching new vocabulary I learned things like what makes vocabulary easier or more difficult to learn, the criteria involved for selecting new vocabulary to teach, and the techniques involved with teaching said new vocabulary. The same can be said for the language structures section, plus some nice examples for the boomerang and patchwork ESA lesson plans. This unit felt very clear and concise, other than question 14 on the test! I did learn that a patchwork lesson only needs to begin with E and end with A, of which three of the answers do!
