This unit covered teaching to special groups. There were three specific situations mentioned by the lesson, namely teaching young learners, individuals, and business English. The primary take away for teaching young learners is to keep the lessons fun and lively. Slow and monotonous activities will not only stifle their attention span but also their learning. Regarding business English, the lesson gives practical tips for navigating the scene and the importance of a needs analysis. It is also important to remember you do not have to be an expert in the field, and to be conscientious of the other demands business learners have on them.
