This unit taught me about the uses of equipment and teaching aid. There are many teaching aids that can be used for making learning more interesting instead of using the textbook. Some of these aids are; white board, OHP, cassette recorder, visual aids, CD player, video camera, computers and online resources. I believe use an OHP to display overhead transparencies is a vital aid because it can be used as an alternative to a whiteboard and possibly even used as a television. An OHP would also be very useful if the students don?t have textbooks as they can read projected material. The downside to a OHP is that is not easy to set up.
