Unit 3 outlines different kinds of test and how to make a syllabus. Tests come in different type and function. The syllabus is an important factor to have an organized course. Basing on my own experience, having a syllabus to follow makes the teachers' lessons easier to convey to students. and it gives students easier and faster understanding. Moreover, giving a diagnostic test before the course will aid teachers to classify students their level and which class they will belong to. And of course, progress test is vital at the end of the course to determine how much students have improved. This will also serve as an evaluation of how efficient a teacher is in the class.
