This unit has covered teaching new language. It has highlighted various factors to take into consideration when selectin which vocabulary to teach in class. The unit was informative and provided a base framework that should be applied when selecting new vocabulary such as appropriateness to the task and how easy it would be for children to learn. Taking into account the frequency of how often the word is used will allow teaching ti be more efficient. To explain we can concentrate on more commonly used words and cit through any uneccessary vocabulary which is rarely used. This maximise both teaching and learning time.I feel this is a very important unit to take j to account.
