We could learn that reading and listening are receptive skills. We could also see the two reasons for reading and listening, a number of skills we can employ as readers and listeners; the problems with the listening and readings which involve the lenguage, the topic and the tasks the student must perform. It was very useful an example of receptive skills in a Patchwork lesson, and the ways of approaching some lenguage difficulty that students could have during the class. It was also of great help some advice to have successful receptive skill lessons (good materials; improve interest; be able to pre teach; vary with materials; comprehension tasks; realistic activate phases).
