This chapter was more or less review for me, as I've had to think about each of these things for the last year while teaching at the hagwon. I found that this chapter included useful suggestions for dealing with problem behavior, as that's the biggest issue I run into in classroom management. Despite the fact that a lot of it was review, I was caused to reflect a lot on building rapport, and I think that can help me a lot in the future with a particular class I'm teaching. Usually I'm pretty good with student rapport, but this class is particularly unruly, and I've had a harder time creating a relaxed, fun environment, so maybe using more deliberate rapport techniques will help.
