This unit detailed the complex intricacies of the future tense, specifying seven forms of representing the future tense. I learned many details about nuances differentiating different usages of future tense that will help me explain to my students how to express predictions versus actions in progress at a future time versus future actions, etc. Contrasting uses of present simple and present continuous to represent the future and the previous unit on present tense is also interesting. Skimming the unit for a second time, I took away a lot from the teaching ideas relating to each form of present tense and specific usages. Hopefully, I'll have the chance to implement some of these!
