This unit covered a variety of basic concerns or problems that teachers can face int he class from the first lesson or on a daily basis. It is important to address each problem promptly so as to keep the class running smoothly and efficiently. Often cases arise in the class because of a misunderstanding or a difference in the abilities of the students. Pairing or group exercises can help students with language gaps, misunderstanding and behaviour. Having warm-up activities to engage students attention in the English language also helps. Remember to not move quickly through the course and to address the struggles and needs of the students as the arise or before they are a problem.
