This unit attempted to cover a variety of common problems encountered by teacher's in the classroom. As a result, it served as a review for the classroom management parts of the teaching. On the first day of class with a new group of students, it is important for the teacher to build rapport and set expectations within the classroom. After the first day, warmers are essential to getting students reading to speak English in every class. A good teacher will also employ a variety of techniques to incorporate all learners, whether weak or strong, into each lesson.
