For a class to be effective , the teacher should be able to inspire the self-assurance of the students .He could use body language,voice, as well as class arrangement such as grouping, pairing, or allow students to work on their own .The organization of the position of the students and the teacher matter too. The classroom and students could be organized in an orderly row circle, horseshoe , separate tables, and appropriate teachers position depending on learning stages.
