By now, on this unit, we should have a clear understanding of how to effectively teach, using the correct methodologies, but without experience in a teaching environment, it can be rather hard to put these methods into practice. This unit gives the teacher a set of clear instructions on how to set their class up, so that we can effectively put those methods in place. For teachers who may be new at their job and have no experience of teaching, it can help the teachers establish a firm control of the class while maintaining discipline and building rapport. Using the different techniques in this unit will mean that the teacher will be able to control the class in the correct way so that the students can learn, and the teacher can teach. Different techniques such as body language, positioning of the teacher and different gestures are also taught in this unit. This is useful as beginner teachers will be able to express themselves better to teach the students effectively and allows the teacher to monitor the classroom in a much more organised way. By learning how to cope with the many different factors of a class and how class structure can determine how the layout should be organised, it means that the teacher can get the best out of their class and get the best out of their teaching methods. Once again this unit progressed from previous units very well, as even though new methodologies were learned from previous units, without the knowledge of how to put this into practice means that it would be difficult for the teacher to showcase these techniques
