Unit 15 discusses ways and reasons we evaluate students

Teacher can use differ tests ??to monitor the students' progress ?by?: ?- Placement test: for equal education level students; - Diagnostic test: at start of the course to understand what the students already know, can provide teachers with information regarding future lessons; - Progress test: is used periodically to rate the student's knowledge and includes 4 skills (to listen, read, speak and write); - Practice test: to understand how close the students' knowledge to the required standards, ?is often used for external exams; - Achievement test: is provided before the end of the course; - External exams: at Cambridge Assessment organizations; - Proficiency test: at CEFL

The modal verbs are used before the main verb in a sentence and express different modalities, such as: obligation, possibility, probability, permission, prohibition, ability and advice

English grammar is pretty wide

Unit two of this course describes the theories of teaching young learners, the differences of grade levels and hints of what activities work better for different age groups

This lesson covered a lot of different possibilities for teaching aids in the classroom including visual (photos, pictures, drawings, OHP, white/black boards, etc

This unit is on different types of tests that students might have to take and different ways how to evaluate students progress and their language level

Teaching English classes is a process over time and various issues are bound to creep into the classroom that will have to be dealt with accordingly

Unit 19 covers teaching special groups such as children, individuals, and business students

This unit is based on modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice

There are 9 modal auxiliary verbs, verbs that combine with another verb to give additional information about the function of the main verb, and they are used to express or indicate any of the following:- an obligation, possibility, permission, ability, advice, deduction, offer, predication, prohibition, promise or a request, in other words to allow the speaker to express a certain modality

In conclusion, this units covers some essential grammars involving modal verbs and passive voice, relative clauses and phrasal verbs

Through this unit, my understanding of the importance and variety of different teaching techniques has expanded greatly

Unit 16 covers conditionals and reported speech
