This unit tackled on the topic of lesson planning. It gave emphasis on how being organized is different from being rigid or inflexible. Lesson Planning gives the instructor a general guide on how to go about his or her class, but this doesn't mean that the instructor should solely focus on his or her lesson plan without consideration of how the class reacts to the subject at hand. Having a lesson plan does not give any assurance that all will simply go as planned, for one, there are no foreseeing how the students will react nor participate during class. This unit is a reminder that there's simply no predicting of a specific future and that one just have to be prepared and have an open-mind for spontaneous actions that is bound within justifiable reasons.
