This lesson went over some very complicated and complex points regarding phonetics and pronunciation. It hi-lighted the phonemic alphabet as a means to standardize the portrayal of certain sounds in the English Language. I had a bit of difficulty grasping the concepts at first but with practice it was easy to understand.This unit was about present tense and the different forms of present tense. I learned that there are four different forms of present tense: simple, continuous, perfect, and perfect continuous. I learned different teaching techniques, I personally like the picture description activity. I look forward to implementing them!
