In this unit, I learned about pronunciation and phonology as well as intonation. I learned about stressing certain words and using a lack of stress on others. And I learned about the four types of sound joining (Linking, Sound dropping, sound changing, and extra lettering). I also learned how to read the phonemic alphabet.In this unit, I have learned about the roles of the teacher and the learner. I have also learned about the advantages and potential problems in teaching adults. This unit also discussed the differences in teaching groups and individual and it gave also some tips on how to deal with the disadvantages in teaching one to one.
