This unit covered reported sentences as well as conditionals. The information regarding reported sentences was quite easy to learn but the conditionals took a little but more time. I would assume because there are so many conditionals. There are zero, mixed, first, second, and third conditionals all of which were discussed.Very helpful as it highlighted disadvantages of using course books and how to adapt, utilise texts that may not be 100% useful in the classroom. I feel like this unit offered some good ideas for countering issues of irrelevant/out-dated information in text books that I will be able to use in a practical classroom situation.
