I have learned from this unit that there are major benefits for someone learning a foreign language (L2) by studying in a country where that language is the main one spoken. Also that as a teacher you have to be able to engage all students in the lesson giving feedback later to make them aware of their progress and failures.Unit 18 covered: 1. Modal auxiliary verbs (both true and semi). Their forms, usages as well as tenses. 2. Active and Passive voice: Their forms, usages and some ideas for teaching it 3. Relative clauses: It's 3 kinds and examples 4. Phrasal verbs: 3 types As the unit was heavily focused on grammar, it was a challenging one.
