This unit discussed modal verbs. It provided some good examples and explanations, but the heavy jargon makes this unit difficult to understand. it becomes even more difficult to understand when the questions in the exam are phrased the way they are. I would like to come up with some activities to review this with my students.This unit was helpful in understanding how to teach certain skills to the students. It also reinforces the logical format of lesson plans catered to those skills. I use a lot of listening activities with songs and test their reading skills by putting the songs together. Playing other sound bites might be interesting for them.
