This unit was interesting but a bit too hard. It seemed very obnoxious to expect us to remember everything about the phonetic alphabet and the different aspects of speech, such as the frictional sounds and etc. I think that this unit should've been split in two in order to cover all the material in a much more reasonable way.Modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice was a very confusing unit. It was hard for me to understand the transitive part. I think this chapter does a poor job at explaining this lesson. Auxiliary words were much easier to understand. Many of my students ask questions about these words and now I can explain these words to them.
