This unit focuses on classroom management. The use of gestures, teacher's voice, eye-contact, seating arrangement, writing on the board, teacher and student talk time, and giving instructions. I found all these topics very important because aside from being knowledgeable in the subject matter, classroom management is important to make sure that the student's environment is conducive to learning. The listed examples on how to give instructions are very useful to make sure that the students understand what to do in the activity. All the approaches mentioned in this unit is useful im maintining discipline and good classroom management.
