Unit 20 covers troubleshooting and the focus is on the most common problems that teachers will face and how to deal with them. The unit starts with describing how to deal with the first lesson when teaching a new group and how to approach this type of lesson. After that warmers and how to tackle different levels are covered. Following that ways to approach large classes and native language usage in class are covered. The last part of the unit covers how to deal with reluctant students and difficulties concerning listening texts. I feel that I have learnt how to prepare myself for these kinds of situations in a good and structured way.
