In Unit 15: Evaluation and Testing, the contents are related to testing materials in the classroom. Although formal evaluations like tests may not be necessary to track students progress, many schools require students to be tested. In this case, you can assess a students language level through things like tutorials, evaluations by the students, and tests. There are several different kinds of tests, including placement tests, progress tests, diagnostic tests, practice tests, and external examinations. These tests are all different in contents and purpose. Ultimately, I learned that there are many different ways to assess student progress.
