This unit was a little bit confusing. I think to teach English language learners the correct way of speaking and writing English is a not an easy task. There are many mistakes that even students who are fluent in English cannot avoid making. The English language is full of complexity and variety. The more you are exposed to speaking or writing in correct English, the better you will be at it. When the learner writes out his/her sentences, they will gradually learn what sounds correct. As the teacher, we have to guide them through slowly and probably repetitive practice in order for them to succeed in using the English language correctly.
