This unit was about classroom management. It went over the correct use of eye contact and gestures, the pros and cons of different classroom arrangements, the pros and cons of different group sizes vs individual work, and even classroom discipline. However the teacher chooses to lead the class, it should be done in a manner that's appropriate to the activity at hand. In particular, I found it interesting that the teacher, when addressing a student, should wait until the end of the sentence to affix a name to the sentence, because doing so keeps the attention of the entire class since they never know beforehand if they will be called upon.
