There are many different language education models. A good teaching style likely incorporates many of these styles together, as they all have different strengths, but generally structures lessons along an ESA framework. An ESA framework does not need to be strictly Engage-Study-Activate, but should at least start with Engage and end with Activate. It is important to find the right level of correction and to first allow to students to correct themselves and each other. Corrections should be administered with big issues or with errors on the lesson subject at hand, but too much correction of every mistake and error will discourage students.
