This unit comprises of the more complex part of English grammar.Some students might be turned off by its technicality thus teachers need to make such lessons fun in order for students to absorb the information. Modal verb is a huge component in the English grammar thus mastery of this will help students greatly with the language. In my opinion, it is useful to show students the table containing the change in tenses from passive to active voice or vice versa.This is especially useful for written English. The portion on clauses and transitive phrasal verbs might be complex for beginner learners thus I will devote more time to such a lesson.
