In this unit, I studied the various roles of the teacher and when it's appropriate to use them. I also read about the various learner categories: age, culture, language level, etc. One section that stood out to me was the language levels. I always thought only of the three basic levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. It was interesting to learn about the additional levels in between. As someone who studies a foreign language, I can agree that there are more than the three basic levels I mentioned. It was also interesting to learn about the Common European Framework, as this is something I had never heard of before reading this unit.
