Speaking and writing are two productive skills. ?Speaking and writing are both differ but play very important role. Accuracy in language shows how the student can use the language in correct way, fluency allow to practice and experiment the language. Types of speaking activities: Controlled - Drilling 3 by 3 and prompting - pre -planned questions before exercise or activity. Guided - Dialogues and role-play. Creative communication - discussions, debates, information gap, simulation games, free role-play etc. Teacher should create a good atmosphere in the class (for involving the learners use the techniques as pair/group -work, lots of controlled practice before activity, careful planning etc) so the students are able to experiment the language, enjoy it and to not afraid to make the mistakes. English is not a phonetic language thats why the writing is a little differ with the pronunciation. There are differences in writing f.e. a letter - using official language, formal or informal language; also could be differ British and American spelling. The games in a class involve the students to practice the language by spelling and writing.
