The content of this unit described the different present tenses in the English language. There are many different forms of the present tense, which includes present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous. All tenses are used based on the content of the sentence and the message it wishes to portray. For example, present simple usually describes general facts, statements or observations such as \"The sky is blue\". I believe I have learned how to categorize these different present tenses and can share my knowledge to students. I have also learned common mistakes students would make when learning the present tense, which is beneficial to know.
