In this lesson I say the drastic difference between an effective lesson and an ineffective lesson. In teaching we learn that if the students aren't learning and understanding it is solely the teacher's fault and the teacher must critique and reevaluate themselves to discover how he/she can be more effective in his/her teaching. In the first lesson the teacher did nearly all of the speaking. If we want students to learn to speak, then they must have opportunities to speak themselves. The teacher must present a welcoming and joyful attitude. If the teacher does not like what they teach, then the students will not either. As teachers, we need to inspire our students to Want to learn.
