Reviewing the grammatical rules of the English language has made me realize how difficult it must be for non-native speakers to gain mastery of it! The grammatical rules of English are riddled in irregularities and exceptions! For example, much time can be devoted to the past participle alone in an attempt to truly understand how to use it correctly. Moreover, while I regularly use the past participle in conversation and in writing, I am not entirely confident I would be adept in conveying all the nuances of the grammatical framework underlying the use of it to another person. As I have learned, in order to be an effective teacher, I surely must continue to review English grammar.
