In this unit i learnt about two main topics. Firstly conditionals, the 'if' clause contains the conditions that have to be satisfied before the action or statement in the main clause can be satisfied.I also learnt that there are 5 main conditionals and that students typical errors or mistakes step from the fact that they are unable to see the difference between the usage of the 1st and 2nd or the 3rd and mixed conditional. Also a major take away for me were the teaching activities such as sentence splitting and having students finish the condition.Lastly,i learnt about Reported speech i mainly found the teaching activities helpful because they were specific to the different level.
