For a teacher to be as prepared as possible, having organized aids is very important. Having a well-organized board for the students can be of great importance as it gives them a reference point. The teacher can use different marker colors to help separate certain topics or words, they can use drawings, written diagrams and charts, and encourage the students to take notes. That way the students will always have something to refer back to for review. I think that to have the maximum effect, the teacher should prepare beforehand what they're going to write or show on the board, and once they carry out the lesson they can refer back to their notes to make sure they covered everything.
