This was a great example of how to start a lesson and not, Fist lesson the teaching is grumpy and looks like he doesnt want to be there. In the second video he is smilimg, lively and enthausastic. He engages with student from the start with a big GOOD EVENING and every one responds. He also involves the class from the beginning asking for names making people feel more comfortable with their surroundings. As it is a low level class he doesn't put pressure on any individual by pairing the students together to make list of animals. He was a lot more organized in the second class with his flash cards, work sheets etc in order and had list he could glance at to make sure he was on track.
