Another important aspect of class room management the unit talks about is the class room arrangement and the sitting positions of the students. Each different way of grouping students had it benefits and a good teach should always be aware of them. Additionally, it is important as well the ways that knowledge is delivered to students and the making sure that it is really reaching them. That is why is imperative for a teacher to keep in mind when giving instructions, presenting new material or writing on the board. It is not a good idea for an instructor to have his/ her back turned to the class for long time or to talk while writing on the board. The teacher must make sure that the learners are paying attention, absorbing the material, and they can hear clearly what is being said to them.
