I think Grammar is one the driest topic in English language. The younger students especially Year 1 are struggling to find out the correct grammar usage. I have to keep engaging them without getting out of hand as they have problem understanding the grammar lesson.The future tense is by far the most complex tenses out of the present tense and the past tense. It is quite difficult to remember all the usages of each future tense! It will require a lot of revision before I can explain it to my students without questioning myself.I found this unit to be a refresher course on my studies in school. I write a lot myself, it comes very easily to me, especially being a native English speaker. But seeing how the English language is broken down rule by rule, as seen by a student is very interesting.
